RTB introduces first Rose Wheat Ale in the city, sparks excitement!

After successfully launching six craft beer, Raize The Bar is all set to blow the brewery world with the introduction of Rose Wheat Ale. The recent introduction would just add on the extra chic elegance to the already lip smacking Craft Beer Menu.

The earliest civilizations of Wheat Ale has utilized agriculture and essentially harvested all types of grains as well as brewed with whatever was available, in the respective season. Modern wheat beer typically considers the Bavarian style of Germany its typical origin. While brewing Rose Wheat Ale, thepowerful aroma of rose get settles into the sturdiness of wheat beer. The usual pinch of Belgian yeast is added for the classic taste which resembles Turkish delight. The delicacy and scent of rose is then moderated with a pinch of fresh ginger for a spicy feel that’s dry to finish, giving rise to a unique floral explosion.

When we asked the Man behind the Brewing, The Brewmaster of Raize the Bar for inputs, he said “the only thing I keep in mind is ‘Quality’ and ‘Hygiene’. At RTB we use fine quality of raw materials and proper brewing techniques which makes thing easy for me.”

While enquiring more, we discovered that Beers at RTB are brewed by following BJCP (Beer Judge Certification Program) guideline which gives them upper leg as compared to other breweries floating in the market. Raize the Bar loves experimenting with the brews. “I still remember we were 1st in Kolkata to introduce 6 beers on tap in one go way back 1.5 years back. We have a wide range of brews keeping in mind of local and international clients visiting our outlet. Out of 6 beers 4 of our beers are on tap throughout the year while we keep changing 2 of our brews”, Brew Master recalls.  

At RTB they have brewed ‘Mango beer’ using real Alphonso which made fans crazy and got a huge fan following of beer lovers. ‘Chocolate Vanilla Stout’ has received tremendous love from foreign clients who set foot in RTB.

No wonder, Raize The Bar being the first to introduce Apple cider in Kolkata by using fresh apples from Himachal Pradesh to make ‘Apple Cider’ has won the hearts ever since.

And guess what?

The fun doesn’t end with brewing different beer, they conduct super enthralling beer-related events like ‘Beer Olympics’ and ‘Brewery Tour’ frequently at RTB where we educate our patrons about craft beers.
